Strength Classes
- Class A (Normal):
Malleable and easy to shape, ideal for low-load springs. A great cost-effective option. - Class B (Medium):
Balance between strength and flexibility, recommended for moderate-load springs. - Class C (High):
Maximum tensile strength, suitable for severe conditions and high-load applications.
Types of Finish
- Matte: Rough surface for better lubricant adhesion.
- Bright: Polished for low friction and superior aesthetics.
- Residual Soap: Protective layer that facilitates the forming process.
